For you, I go

Once again, a piece I did in China while getting inspired to do a bit more with a plot and set of characters based on the Chinese zodiac. The characters are almost 5 years old, but don't even have consistent character designs or names.

This is the main romance of the plot. Mr. Sheep is Princess Butterfly's gardener, and they secretly fall in love. In order to climb to a social rank high enough to marry her, he takes part in a dangerous race. This of course makes her worry terribly for his safety. D'awwww good bye scenes.

No particular plant meanings in this one. They're just plants I happened to see a lot of in the Hangzhou summer.

The characters belong to me, if that's not already clear... and I used a brown micron and watercolors.
